Credentials of Dr T Rajasekhar
Dr.T.
Rajasekhar is basically from Cuddapah, Andhra Pradesh, India. He is presently working as a Professor
in the Department of Management Studies at Lakireddy Bali Reddy College of
Engineering, Mylavaram, Krishna District. Andhra Pradesh. He has above 23 years
of teaching experience. His research areas of interest are Organizational
Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, Entrepreneurship, Stress
Management, Cognitive Science and Industrial Psychology. Also, at present, he
is serving the institution in various other capacities as Professor-in charge
of Cognitive Science Centre and Centre for Innovation, Incubation and
Entrepreneurship. He is serving as a
reviewer of the journals like Indian Journal
Of Commerce and Management Studies and International Journal of Engineering Research
and Technology and a member of professional bodies like International Society
for Research and Development.
He did
his post graduations in Management Studies and Psychology and M.Phil. and Ph.D
in the area of Organizational Behaviour from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupathi. Andhra
Pradesh and Periyar University, Tamilanadu. He participated in Refresher Course in Management
Studies, University of Hyderabad, Telangana. He participated as a resource person in
inductive programmes like faculty development programmes and staff development
programmes in present working college. As a resource person, he visited a
number of colleges and organisations to deliver lecture on entrepreneurship and
start-ups, organizational behaviour , cognitive psychology, , , stress management etc.. He is also a research supervisor for MPhil
and Ph.Ds and approved by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada.
Andhra Pradesh. He has published a number of research papers in various
national and international journals. He is also a member of the Board of Studies
of management studies in the college. He wrote a book on ‘Manage the people at
work’, which is published in Vandana Publications.
At present , he teaches MBA core subjects and Marketing and Humana
Resource electives. As a convener of the
Centre for Innovation, Incubation and Entrepreneurship, He has been concentrating
for entrepreneurship and start-up ecosystem in his college atmosphere. He is an
ambassador of Institution’s Innovation Council for educating the students and
others. He worked as faculty co-ordinator
for his college students (2019-20) who joined in the Technology Entrepreneurship Programm , Indian
Business School , Hyderabad .
